Docs.com is a portal where you can upload and share documents online. It has been promoted by Microsoft and Powered by Facebook. That means, you can login with your Facebook account. Docs.com allows you to upload and share documents with friends over the internet pretty much in a similar way to Google Docs.

Docs.com - Web based MS Office from Microsoft and Facebook

Much like the original Microsoft Web Apps for Windows Live it enables users to create and store office documents in the clouds. You can create documents just like you would if you had Microsoft Office installed on your PC or Mac. But the neat thing is you don’t have to have anything installed on your computer. Everything you create, edit or share is stored on your Windows Live account. The integration with Facebook enables you to share any document you created, with all of your Facebook friends. Which nowadaysis very important, being that Facebook is the biggest and most popular social networking service in the world today.

With docs.com, you can not only upload Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets to the web but it also adds a social layer around your documents. You can keep your files private or you can share them with public.
